TBO Industries was established in 1988, and is the chief directing enterprise of China Insulating Materials Association.

In December 1993, our company successfully developed the first centrifugal glass wool production line, which is totally Chinese-built. It was a success the first time it was put into operation, and it filled in the gap left by the fact that home-made equipment had been unable to manufacture centrifugal glass wool.

In November 1999, our company, after making a market investigation and some researches, developed the first 100% Chinese-made mineral fiber ceiling production line with an annual production of 4,000,000 square meters.

In the new century, with the energy supply falling shorter every day, our company carried out a significant revolution to the productive technology of the mineral fiber wool which is an energy-consuming product, and created a new technique for the production of mineral fiber granular wool: 40,000T/year one-step blast furnace slag production. We made a big investment in it and built the largest mineral wool sound insulation board production base - Suzhou Tianfeng New Type Building Material Duty Co., Ltd. in Suzhou New District, which has an annual production capacity of 12,000,000 square meters.

With technical innovation as the tie, our company has applied to the state intellectual property right bureau for 5 weighty patents in recent years, such as the "glass fiber tile and its technology" and "how to produce mineral wool fiber by blast hot-pack smelting".

Over the past few years, our company has been traveling at double speed and has always stood at the frontline position of the market. Taking science and technology as the precursor, we have been cooperating with a number of collages, universities and research institutes and have been producing new products and popularizing new technologies constantly.

In order to cooperate with the customers all over the world, we established Suzhou Tianou Trading Company. It was responsible for the direct exportation of TBO Industries's products. At present, the export rate of TBO Industries's products has reached 60%.
